We're looking for a motivated Line Controller to support our Operations Team Leader in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.

Line Controller - Twilight Shift

Mon-Fri, 18:00-02:00

Full time/permanent job.

Pay : £15.56 per hour

What you'll do:

• Lead and support your production team to meet line targets.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with your team and management.
• Help train, motivate, and develop your colleagues.

What we're looking for:

• A team player with good communication and organisation skills.
• Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Someone proactive, reliable, and safety-focused.
