Full Job Description
Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard. Maintain excellent food presentation and quality. Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are followed. Keep your workstation clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service. Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail. Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and minimising food waste. Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide an excellent customer experience.
Previous experience as a Line Chef, Chef de Partie, or in a similar kitchen role is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen. Strong organisational and time-management skills. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
