Line Chef

Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting service, maintaining high standards, and helping the team during our busiest periods. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week across five shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality dishes.
• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Assisting with stock control, deliveries, and ordering.
• Helping with menu preparation and presentation.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  
  We're looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience in a similar kitchen role.
• Holds a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Enjoys working in a busy kitchen environment.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Has a positive attitude and takes pride in producing quality food.
• Is organised, reliable, and calm under pressure.
• Ideally has their own transport due to the resort's location.
