Full Job Description
- As a member of the Sport and Leisure team, you will be a friendly, naturally helpful and vigilant team member who automatically seeks out opportunities to ensure the guests' requirements are met
- You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards within the pool environments and ensure that all company and legal requirements are always met
- As a lifeguard at Tattershall Lakes, you will aid in the completion of daily health and safety checks to ensure our facilities are always safe and hygienic for our guests
- You will assist with the operation of a range of water-based activities within the pool environment
- As a lifeguard for Away Resorts, you will make a great lasting impression on our guests, impressing them with your professionalism, conscientiousness, and great guest care skills
Communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment - A friendly, calm and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively
- Be able to swim 50m in no more than 60 seconds
- Be able to swim 100m continuously on front and 100m continuously on back
- Be able to surface dive to the floor of the pool and be able to climb out of the pool unaided
- All candidates must complete a full lifeguard competency test before joining the team Nice to have but not essential. It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we won't hold it against you if you don't).
