Join Our Team at Butlin's! Are you ready to dive into a fun and rewarding role? At Butlin's, we believe in the power of teamwork and are on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who love to get stuck in!
About the Role
As a vital part of our resort, you won't just be confined to one department. Instead, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
Your primary role as a lifeguard will be to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment at our Splash Waterworld. Safety is our top priority, so we're looking for individuals with:
- Excellent attention to detail
- A warm and engaging approach to customer service
In addition to lifeguarding, you'll lead and support poolside activities, creating memorable moments for our guests!
About You
We're seeking high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive in a dynamic environment. As a Team Member Plus, your week will include:
- Cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays
- Working as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours
No two days will be the same, and you'll enjoy the variety of working with diverse team members and guests. If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! If not, we'll provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
Swim Test Requirement:
- Swim 50m in under 75 seconds
- Tread water
- Surface dive
- Climb out of the pool unaided
