Job Description

Join Our Team at Butlin's! Are you ready to dive into a fun and rewarding role? At Butlin's, we believe in the power of teamwork and the joy of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. If you're someone who loves to get stuck in and make a difference, we want you on our team!

About the Role

As a vital member of our resort, you won't just be confined to one department. You'll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience during their stay. Your primary role as a lifeguard will be to:

• Ensure a fun and safe environment in our pools and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld.

• Exhibit excellent attention to detail, prioritizing safety at all times.

• Lead and support poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

About You

We're looking for a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Team Member Plus, your week will look like this:

• Work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning our accommodations.

• Spend the rest of your contracted hours as a lifeguard.

No two days will be the same, and you'll enjoy the variety of working with different team members and guests. If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! If not, don't worry—we'll provide you with the training you need through the NPLQ course. Just be prepared to complete and pass a Butlin's swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds

• Treading water

• Surface diving

• Climbing out of the pool unaided
