Full Job Description
The main role will be supervising and observing the pool whilst ensuring a safe and friendly environment and responding effectively to emergencies whilst following operating procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery whilst being actively involved in health and safety and high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site. You will also be required to support the set up and dismantling of sports equipment in various areas.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our lifeguard team here at East Riding Leisure Hornsea.,
- Hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be reliable, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team.
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
- Be flexible in their approach to work.
