Full Job Description
Rolling advert: We are continuously reviewing and interviewing applicants weekly for this job posting. We will stop accepting applications when sufficient applications have been received.
Are you a skilled swimmer and sports enthusiast? Your new career may be just a splash away! If you're considering lifeguarding, our comprehensive training programs can open doors to management roles, NVQ apprenticeships and skill development opportunities.
We're looking for Lifeguards who are available on an ad-hoc basis covering existing staff absences. For any unsocial hours worked casual workers will receive an additional payment (at a rate of 10%) attached to their hourly rate.
Our lifeguards play a crucial role in ensuring member safety and well-being. To be considered for a casual Lifeguard position, you will need a UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification and an understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
Whether you're pursuing a leisure career or saving for a gap year, we can support your chosen path. Join our team today and showcase your strong swimming abilities, excellent customer service, and enthusiasm!
As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the council is not obliged to offer you work.
