Learn more about life at Kisimul: | We're looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Cranntail, Mansfield. As a Life Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;
- Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
- Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
- Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
- Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
A genuine passion for care and supporting others to reach their potential - Teamwork, resilience, and a proactive attitude
- Confidence to ask for support and share ideas
- Good communication and basic IT skills
- Experience in care is welcome but not essential - full training provided.
