Learn more about life at Kisimul: | We're looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Salisbury, East Markham. As a Life Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;

• Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
• Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
• Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
• Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.

• Teamwork, resilience, and a proactive attitude
• Confidence to ask for support and share ideas
• Good communication and basic IT skills
• Experience in care is welcome but not essential - full training provided.
