Full Job Description

Our Procurement department is at the heart of delivering value across the business, driving cost savings, enhancing supplier relationships and supporting strategic decision making. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Graduate to help deliver high impact projects that make a real difference. The Lidl Procurement Graduate programme allows you to dive into a variety of complex and rewarding projects, learning how to manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations. From supplier negotiations to process optimisation, you'll gain experience in managing your own projects. You'll follow a structured 23-month training programme, designed to build your expertise and confidence as a future Procurement specialist. With on the job coaching and exposure to real world challenges, you'll develop the skills to lead projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment. The process will also include a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre held in our Head Office in Tolworth on 02/12/2026. We look forward to receiving your application. What you'll do

  • Managing projects in the procurement sector
  • Coordinating and overseeing tender processes, negotiating, contracting and implementing service level agreements
  • Conducting thorough market research to ensure we are competitive in our approach
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing summaries, overviews and project status documents for senior management personnel
  • Managing and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Acting as an ambassador for Lidl when dealing with 3rd parties
  • Managing and negotiating indirect supplier contracts

    Minimum 2:2 degree (in any discipline)
  • Already live, or happy to relocate, within a one-hour commute of Lidl GB Head Office, Tolworth, Surrey
  • A passion for the Procurement cycle!
  • Be a strategic, innovative thinker that can come up with tangible solutions
  • An excellent communicator, effective negotiator, and confident presenter
  • Good attention to detail and able to manage deadlines
  • Willing to travel both nationally and internationally, including occasional overnight stays
  • To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence by 1st February 2027
