We're looking for a highly organised and relationship-focusedLicensing Leadto manage the operational delivery of one of Fairtrade Foundation's key global partnerships. Acting as the key contact for Ben & Jerry's, you'll oversee licensing, certification, compliance, reporting and partner support, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
You'll work across Fairtrade Foundation's global network to manage product approvals, support compliance, coordinate reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen partner relationships., Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. We'll aim to resolve the reported issue and we'll use your feedback to improve the quality of our ads.
You'll have experience in licensing, compliance, customer operations or account management, with excellent attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills. You'll enjoy solving problems, managing complex information and delivering outstanding service.
