Full Job Description
Our Library and Knowledge Service plays a crucial role in supporting our Staff, Service Users and Partners in accessing high quality information resources - with the aim of supporting knowledge management, health promotion, education and evidence-based care. As the Library & Information Resource Manager you can lead an innovative, established and impactful team that has won recognition and influence at both regional and national levels., The role of the Library and Information Resources Manager is to manage a transparent, efficient and multidisciplinary Library, Information &Knowledge Service at Bradford District Care NHS Trust, and to be responsible for the continual development of both the service and staff. To provide and promote access to high quality information resources with the aim of supporting knowledge management, health promotion, education and evidence-based care.
As a versatile and dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, you can help shape how our service is provided by creating a compelling vision through influencing the Research & Knowledge Service Strategy. As new priorities and challenges emerge, you can meet the needs of our stakeholders through supporting collaborative relationships with our communities and partners.
