Level 6 Early Years Practitioner

+ Deliver high-quality provision in line with the EYFS Framework.
+ Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities.
+ Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour.
+ Support pupils social, emotional and personal development.
+ Communicate effectively with parents and carers when required.

+ Hold a full and relevant Level 6 qualification in Early Years (non-negotiable)
+ Have proven experience working within an EYFS setting
+ Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
+ Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour
+ Show an exemplary commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
+ Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
