Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 4 Teaching Assistant to support and lead learning within our teacher-led SEND support base. Working with children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, the successful candidate will have a passion for SEND and experience of supporting children within the Early Years Curriculum.

The role includes delivering high-quality learning and intervention activities, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, and, in the absence of the class teacher, leading a small team of Teaching Assistants to ensure the smooth running of the provision.
