Eight units; Engaging & Communicating with Young People, Safeguarding, Youth Work Theory, Young People Development, Reflective Practice, Work-based Practice, Working with Behaviour that Challenges, Group Work, & a varied selection of optional units, all reflecting the broad competencies needed for effective youth support.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday - Thursday, complete a normal working day of 7.5 hours between the hours of 9.00am and 5:30pm. Friday - Training Day - 7.5 hours at Young Gloucestershire.
