Full Job Description

  • Support the team while undergoing training to develop the technical skills required for the specific job.
  • Assist with daily tasks, observe and learn from senior technicians or engineers, and gradually take on more complex responsibilities.
  • Build a strong foundation in the technical aspects of the field, ensuring contributions to the team's work and progress toward becoming a qualified professional.
  • Observe and shadow experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge and understand best practices.
  • Take notes and ask questions to deepen understanding of processes and technical methods.
  • Learn and apply technical skills related to the specific field.
  • Participate in structured training programs, workshops, or courses to develop technical expertise.
  • Assist with identifying and troubleshooting minor technical problems.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to improve processes.
  • Apply newly learned skills to improve personal performance.
  • Work effectively with other team members and departments, supporting collaborative efforts to achieve goals.

    College-level coursework / College student in a relevant field (such as engineering, mechanical systems, or electronics) may be preferred, though not always necessary
  • No prior professional experience required, but an interest in the technical/ manufacturing field is important. Basic understanding of technical concepts (gained through education or self-learning) may be a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided
