The Supply Register is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a cluster of L.E.A.D Academy Trust schools in the Birley area of Sheffield:
+ Birley Primary Academy
+ Birley Spa Primary Academy
+ Rainbow Forge Primary Academy
+ Charnock Hall Primary Academy
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants who are confident delivering interventions, supporting learning independently and making a positive impact on pupil progress.
Role Responsibilities
+ Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
+ Support whole-class learning activities
+ Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils where required
+ Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery
+ Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
+ Promote positive behaviour and engagement
We're Looking For
+ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
+ Experience supporting pupils within primary education
+ Confidence leading interventions and group activities
+ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
+ A flexible and proactive attitude
+ An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
