Full Job Description
The Level 3 Teaching Assistant will primarily provide one-to-one support for a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning, meet individual targets and participate fully in school life. The role also involves supporting small groups and pupils across the school, assisting with curriculum delivery, monitoring progress, promoting positive behaviour and independence, and providing appropriate medical or healthcare support in line with agreed plans and training.
