Full Job Description
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils learn, develop and achieve their potential. Working closely with teachers, you will provide individual and group support, deliver planned activities and interventions, adapt learning to meet pupils' needs, and encourage positive behaviour, independence and inclusion. You will also support children with special educational needs and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers and other professionals to promote pupils' progress and wellbeing.
