Full Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant Apprentices to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and are eager to develop their skills within a specialist educational setting., Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to help students engage in learning
- Encourage independence and inclusion across the academy
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (SEND pathway)
- Hands-on experience in a supportive school environment
- Dedicated tutor support throughout the programme
- Potential full-time role after completion
What we're looking for
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4+/C or equivalent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, initiative, and a passion for supporting young people
