Introduction
We are looking for a caring and patient individual to work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, supporting a child with additional needs. The role involves working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to help the child access learning, develop communication skills, and feel safe, supported, and included in the school environment.

What You'll Do
- Provide tailored support to pupils in class and in small groups
Support students with additional needs, including SEND and EAL - Work alongside teachers and the SENCo to support learning plans
- Help deliver targeted interventions and booster sessions
- Assist with behaviour management and promote positive engagement
- Adapt and prepare learning materials and classroom resources
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to staff
- Support students during lessons, break times, and activities
- Provide general pastoral support and help with school trips
This role offers hands-on experience supporting students while developing key skills in education.
