We help members improve fitness, confidence, and health through personal training, gym memberships, classes, and coaching. We are now looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our team and develop within our growing business.What You'll Do
As the Personal trainer Appretice, you will be predominantly be working along side the owner Barry Thraves
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow Barry during PT sessions
- Support and learn class delivery
- Assist with member consultations
- Learn Clubright system
- Welcome and support members
- Help with lead follow-up and onboarding
- Learn exercise programming
- Support Kickstart members
- Maintain high gym standards and cleanliness
- Develop confidence coaching clients
Training Outcome
- Opportunity for long-term employment with progression into Personal Training, class coaching and building your own client base within Bphysical
