Pay:from £13.80 - £14.58 per hour / £28,704 - £30,326 per annum depending on experience(40 hours per week) Working Hours:Full-time40 hours per week 8am-6pm, Part-Time2-3 days per week either 8am-1pm / 1pm-6pm Location:The Avenues Montessori Nursery,406 Northdown Road,Margate,Kent,CT9 3PG About our Nursery The Avenues Montessori Nursery is situated in the charming Cliftonville area of Margate. Our nursery features two well-equipped and stimulating rooms, designed to provide an optimal learning environment. With free-flow access to a garden space, children have ample opportunities to explore and discover at their own pace. The Avenues Montessori Nursery is situated on Northdown Road, Cliftonville and is only a short walk from Margate town centre. Parking is available on the roads close to the nursery. What Your Role Involves As a valued member of our team, you'll:
• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
• Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
