Full Job Description
This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, who thrives in a nurturing, child-centred environment. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential. - Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare
- Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
- Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries
- Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities
- Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
