Full Job Description
Work alongside the preschool lead and teaching staff to plan and deliver exciting, play-based learning experiences.
Support the preparation of engaging resources, activities, and classroom displays.
Provide individual and small-group support to children, including those with additional needs.
Encourage positive behaviour and model kindness, curiosity, and respect in all interactions.
Foster children's personal, social, and emotional growth, promoting independence and confidence.
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing updates on children's progress and well-being., At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, CACHE, or equivalent).
Proven experience working with young children in an Early Years or preschool setting.

An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
