Key roles of the Level 3 Early Years Activity Leader:

• Deliver high-quality activities at our after school clubs.
• Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations for children from Nursery to Key Stage 2.
• Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound settings in schools.
• Encouraging children from Nursery age to Key Stage 2, to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
• Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided, however an Early years Level 3 qualification is essential. We run lots of fun activities during our afterschool programs with nursery and school aged children.
