Full Job Description
This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in a professional nursery environment while working towards a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
You will work 30-40 hours per week across 4-5 days, supporting the nursery team in delivering a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
Key Duties
Provide positive adult interaction with children throughout the nursery day.
Support the team in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences.
Under supervision, assist with all aspects of childcare, including washing, changing, and feeding.
Help meet the personal, social, and emotional needs of individual children.
Assist with creating engaging and creative activities for children.
Support colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating nursery environment.
Follow the nursery's confidentiality and safeguarding policies at all times.
