Level 3 Early Years Activity Leader

If you are someone that enjoys working with children, being a positive role model for others, being creative and leading arts & crafts activities, or maybe you enjoy leading sports. Here at Get Active Sports we have a place for you! We run lots of fun activities during our afterschool programs. Our wraparound care clubs are a safe place for children to be expressive, creative, sporty surrounded by welcoming team members ready to lead from the front with fun and engaging activities.

• Delivering high-quality activities.
• Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
• Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
• Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
• Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided., Have an Early Years Level 3 Qualification - Be a team player - Enjoy working with children - Be a good role model

Hours: 15 hours per week, 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time (with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays) Pay: Up to 12.71 per hour (Dependent on experience) Choose a job you love maintaining a good work-life balance with flexible casual hours
