We would like to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our hardworking and supportive team at St. Cuthbert's. This is a part-time post, to provide support to children with or working towards an EHCP, however we anticipate the successful candidate will also appreciate the need for flexibility on occasions.

We are seeking an individual who is:

• Skilled in supporting children with SEND
• Flexible, approachable and has a love of working with children
• Able to help create a stimulating, organised and interactive learning environment
• An excellent communicator who values teamwork

We are seeking an individual who has:

• Previous experience of working with children with SEN
• Experience of following planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
• A good understanding of children's learning
• Sound practical, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Experience of supporting children with SEN
• Have experience of monitoring a child's progress towards their EHCP targets and liaise with the SENDCO in preparation for review meetings.
