Full Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant at Ysgol Cambrian, you will:

  • Support pupils with a range of ALN across the 3-19 age range
  • Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to deliver personalised learning programmes
  • Support communication, independence, wellbeing and positive behaviour
  • Contribute to a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and their families

  • Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Are willing to undertake training to meet the needs of learners
