REPS/CIMSPA Level 2 qualified and registered (essential).

Awareness of different learning styles to adapt teaching methods.
Excellent communication skills: listening, questioning, and providing feedback.
Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients.
Motivational skills to inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
