The Credentials: You MUST hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE, NNEB). (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements).

The Knowledge: You must possess a comprehensive, confident understanding of the EYFS framework, statutory welfare requirements, nursery ratios, and Ofsted expectations. You need to be "nursery-ready" from day one.

The 2025 Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. Don't have one right now? Don't sweat it-as long as you are enthusiastic and fully committed to completing the training within your first 3 months with us, we will help you get certified.
