Full Job Description

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is looking for an enthusiastic Lettings & Neighbourhoods Officer to join our friendly, professional and customer-focused team. Your main office base will be Carlisle, but you will manage a neighbourhood patch covering Penrith and the South Lakes. Regular travel throughout these communities is therefore an important part of the role.

You will provide an excellent service across lettings and tenancy management, helping residents sustain successful tenancies and supporting thriving neighbourhoods. Your responsibilities will include allocations, safeguarding and responding to anti-social behaviour.

You'll work closely with colleagues across CCHA, building positive relationships with residents and partners to resolve issues and deliver responsive, value-for-money services.

12-month fixed-term contract

£33,782 - £35,894 (FTE based on 36.25 hours per week) + benefits package
