Full Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Property Consultants / Lettings Negotiators. This role combines sales, property consulting, and lettings management, helping people find the right room to rent in London while managing property listings online. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Posting and managing room listings on platforms such as SpareRoom and property websites
  • Responding to enquiries from potential tenants
  • Matching people with the most suitable rooms based on their needs
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating and closing room rentals
  • Building relationships with tenants and property managers

    This is a commission-driven role with strong earning potential, ideal for someone who is motivated, confident speaking with people, and interested in the property industry.
