Full Job Description
We are looking for driven, sharp individuals to join our team as Lettings Negotiators, working across a curated network of properties and partner agencies in London.
The Role
-Manage daily client conversations and build relationships
-Conduct property viewings and office appointments
-Match clients with suitable rooms and flats across London
-Work with a curated portfolio of partner stock and in-house properties
-Maintain strong knowledge of listings, areas, and market trends
-Guide clients through the full process from enquiry to move-in
Strong communication and people skills
-Confident, proactive, and results-driven
-Ability to handle volume while maintaining quality
-Fast learner with good awareness of London areas
-Comfortable working in a high-performance, commission-based environment
-Experience in lettings or sales environments or experience in higher positions in other sectors
