Lettings Negotiator

In this fast-paced role, you'll be speaking with landlords and tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, matching applicants to their ideal homes, negotiating offers, and building lasting relationships with clients., Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in South Woodford:
• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

  Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
• Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle.

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
