Lettings Negotiator

You will be responsible for managing enquiries, conducting property viewings, and supporting landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process., Register applicants and understand their property requirements
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Generate new business opportunities and leads
Keep up to date with the local Oxford lettings market
Ensure all compliance and legal requirements are met
Support the progression of tenancies from offer agreed to move-in
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
