Full Job Description
- Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings based on their requirements
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing strategies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Supporting the branch in achieving KPI targets
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support as needed
- Focusing on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety and compliance standards

Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle - Ability to work well with others, creating a positive team environment
- Previous experience within residential lettings
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- Strong telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of current legislation relating to Residential Lettings
