Lettings Manager - King Khawaja Investments - London

This is a hybrid role - part remote, part field. We're breaking away from the conventional office model in favour of something more flexible and fluid. You'll stay connected with the team through regular Zoom calls and informal catch-ups at convenient spaces - a local café, lounge, or hotel - to stay aligned on the latest developments. You'll also have exclusive use of our Old Bond Street office to entertain clients for meetings and signings, giving you a prestigious Mayfair address to close deals from. We're not looking to become another high street estate agent. Our vision is to build the biggest virtual lettings management and concierge service in London - and become the market leader in this field. This is not a conventional job. There is no basic salary. This is an opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to build a client base, earn serious commission, and grow with a brand from day one. Who we need

• A strong-minded, self-driven individual - not someone looking for a 9-to-5
• Comfortable with the uncertainty and grind of an early-stage venture
• Willing to put in the work to build relationships and win landlords from scratch, with no existing clientele to fall back on - every deal starts from zero
• Experience in lettings/property management preferred, but mindset matters more than CV
• Someone who understands that building something worthwhile takes hustle before it pays off
What you'll do
• Build a landlord client base from the ground up - sourcing, pitching, onboarding
• Manage the full lettings lifecycle: tenant sourcing, referencing, compliance, renewals
• Represent the brand with a concierge-level standard of service
• Help shape the operational backbone of the business as it scales
• Complete autonomy to steer the business in the direction you believe will drive its success - this isn't a role where you follow a script, it's one where you help write it
