manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy, void turnaround, arrears impact, and customer satisfaction.Ensure full compliance with all relevant housing, lettings, and regulatory requirements.Embed strong governance, risk management, and audit readiness within the lettings function.Key requirements:Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.Significant senior management experience within lettings, housing, or property services.Proven track record of driving occupancy, income, and service performance across a complex portfolio.Strong knowledge of UK housing and lettings legislation and regulatory requirements.Experience leading, developing, and managing teams at a senior level.Experience working within social housing, build-to-rent, mixed-tenure, or managed housing portfolios.Professional qualification in housing, property, or management (e.g. CIH or equivalent).Excellent administrative and communication skills is a
