Lettings Assistant

Responsible to: Catering Manager Core Purpose: This position will support the Letting operations at Cardinal Wiseman with the collaboration of the Catering Manager and Cardinal Wiseman Site Manager; the post holder may from time to time be requested to work at any of the 8 sites within the Multi Academy Company. To assist the Catering Manager and Cardinal Wiseman Site Manager in the Letting operations at Cardinal Wiseman and ensure the Academy's reputation is maintained at all times.,

• Monitor and assist activities taking place during sports lettings., ensuring facilities are ready for use and any issues are promptly reported to the Central Lettings Team.
• Maintain the security of the sports facilities and wider school is maintained at all times.
• Monitor guest conduct, provide guidance on expected standards of behaviour, and liaise with group contacts to resolve any issues. Escalate non-compliance with concerns to the Central Lettings Team.
• Ensure and maintain lettings facilities, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and presentable, including but not limited to the management of litter and waste.
• Support delivery and provision of refreshments when required.
• Set up, arrange, and store lettings equipment, including goals, nets, cones, and dividers, to support community groups and clubs.
• Carry out any reasonable additional requested by the Lettings, Facilities or CW site team.

• Have GCSE's - (Maths and English) or relevant Apprenticeship
