Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Lettings Administrator to work in our External Relations Team at Lingfield College, to start as soon as possible. If you enjoy an interesting and varied role, this is the job for you.

In this role you would be responsible for managing the scheduling, booking, and coordination of external lettings of the School's facilities. This will involve liaising with clients, ensuring all bookings comply with school policies, and providing excellent customer service to promote the School as a premier venue for events and activities.

The role is a busy one requiring the ideal candidate to have strong administrative and organisational skills, computer literacy and excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with a customer service focus, is essential and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a professional approach to work and be able to remain calm under pressure. Experience of working in a similar role in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

Salary: Competitive salary discussed at interview.

Hours: This post is offered on a part-time basis working 15 hours per week during term time and 5 hours per week during the school holidays, on an all year contract. The working days are flexible with the possibility of some weekend working.
