Leisure Receptionist

As a Leisure Receptionist, you will:

• Handle guest queries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Make bookings and reservations using the in-house system
• Check in customers on arrival, delivering a 5-star service
• Sign up new leisure members and explain membership benefits
• Assist in coordinating the Swim School Programme alongside the leisure team
