Your contribution will help impact a better future for the local community.What you'll do as a Leisure Operations ManagerLead and manage the day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring it is safe, warm, clean, friendly and welcoming for all usersSupport the General Manager in delivering commercial growth, performance targets and operational efficiencyBuild and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policiesLead, motivate and develop Duty Manager teams,
