Full Job Description
You'll help keep our sports and leisure spaces running smoothly by handling activity bookings, hiring out equipment and supporting guests with a friendly, can-do attitude. What you'll be doing
- Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment
- Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks
- Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio
- Host interactive experiences in the Entertainment Hive What's in it for you

- Part-time contract, shifts falling between 7:00am and 11:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 128 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
Good communication skills - Warm, friendly and genuine approach to guests and colleagues
- Confident using IT systems and software
