Summary


Varied hours per week on a casual basis


1Leisure are recruiting to their bank of casual staff at both Medina & The Heights Leisure Centres for our busy Leisure Attendant Team. Candidates are required to cover holiday periods and staff absences and need to be flexible around working hours which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. The availability of hours cannot be guaranteed, and candidates may not be contacted immediately.


You will need to demonstrate good communications and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.


The role requires a current qualification in pool lifeguarding from either STA (Swim teachers association) or RLSS (Royal Life Saving society). Please see the Job Summary which details the essential qualifications and/or experience required for the role.


We are looking for staff who can add to our current team who have a confident and outgoing personality, ideally with experience of working in a leisure environment.
