Leisure Attendant - The Manchester Deansgate Hotel

As a Leisure Attendant, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting the overall guest experience in our Health Club through answering guest queries; being knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations; assisting in the smooth running of our leisure facilities; ensuring our fitness areas are clean and safe; and going above and beyond to make sure guests leave with a smile!

• Availability to work 4 hours per week across 1 shift, weekend availability is essential
• Experience working within a Health Club, Leisure, or similar environment (ideally within a hotel environment!)
• A Level 2 Pool Lifeguard or Pool Responder qualification is essential for this role. However, training opportunities are available for suitable candidates who have not yet obtained it.
• Level 2 Fitness qualification (beneficial)
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, confident in maintaining a hygienic environment
• Drive to produce results - we work together within the Manchester Deansgate family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection
• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
• Overall, you will be willing to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests!
