You'll ensure top-tier infection control, manage stock replenishment (towels, soaps, sanitising wipes), and resolve any cleanliness queries politely and professionally. Your Shift: What You'll Actually Be Doing As our Hygiene Hero, we trust you to handle:
- Immaculate Standards: Carrying out routine, deep, and periodic cleaning across changing rooms, vanity units, toilets, showers, gym floors, studios, and corridors.
- Hands-On Operations: Operating specialised equipment safely (floor scrubbers, wet vacuoms, steam cleaners) and mastering chemical safety (COSHH) guidelines.
- Stock & Presentation: Keeping sanitising stations, towels, soaps, and hand gels fully stocked so our members always have what they need.
- Keen Eye for Detail: Conducting routine hygiene inspections and immediately flagging any wear, tear, or equipment issues to management to keep the club safe and operational.
- A Warm Presence: Assisting members and guests in a friendly, courteous manner while respecting their privacy at all times. How We Succeed Together We do not micromanage.
