Full Job Description
- The Deep Clean: Taking absolute pride in your designated changing room, ensuring the showers, lockers, and floors are squeaky clean, safe, and fully stocked with supplies.
- The Pool Supervision: Acting as a trained Pool Emergency Responder during scheduled pool hours. We follow strict RLSS guidance (we provide all the training), keeping our members safe and responding instantly to poolside alarms or emergencies.
- The Gym Floor & Public Areas: Getting out onto the floor to sanitise equipment, safely handle cleaning materials in line with COSHH regulations, manage lost property, and keep the public areas looking pristine.
- The Member Connection: Bringing your personality to work. You will be the friendly face of the club, offering advice on facilities, answering questions, and keeping the vibe incredibly welcoming.
